QUICK GREEK BREAD | |
3 (11 oz.) cans buttermilk biscuits or 4 (8 oz.) can buttermilk biscuits 1 c. butter 1 c. green pepper, chopped or 1/2 c. green & 1/2 c. red pepper, chopped 1 c. green onions, chopped 1/2 lb. bacon, fried & crumbled 1/4 c. frozen chopped chives 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese Cavendar's Greek Seasoning Cut biscuits into 4 pieces each. Saute vegetables in butter. Mix all ingredients except the Greek seasoning in a large bowl. Turn into ungreased large Bundt pan. Lightly sprinkle Greek seasoning over mixture. Bake in preheated 325 degree oven for 45 minutes. Yield: About 20 servings. |
