PEPPERONI CAESAR SALAD 
1/3 c. olive or vegetable oil
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar or cider vinegar
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 c. torn romaine lettuce
1 c. pepperoni, halved thinly sliced
1-1/2 c. Caesar salad croutons
1/4 c. shredded Parmesan cheese

In small bowl, combine the oil, vinegar, mayonnaise, garlic, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and pepper; set aside. In a large salad bowl, combine romaine and pepperoni. Drizzle with dressing; sprinkle with croutons and Parmesan. Serve immediately.
