CAESAR SALAD 
Romaine lettuce
Romano cheese
1 clove garlic
1 egg; optional
Anchovy paste; optional
Caesar salad croutons
Red wine vinegar

Squirt 3 rows of antipasto paste in bottom of bowl. Press garlic and put in bottom of bowl. Add egg. Add olive oil to cover bottom of bowl. Add dash of red wine vinegar. Add Romano cheese to the mixture until it makes a paste. Toss Romaine lettuce into the dressing. Top with croutons.
