SHRIMP 
5 lbs. fresh shrimp, unpeeled
1 bunch celery, washed and cut coarsely 1 inch pieces
3 or 4 cloves garlic, chopped
3 to 6 lemons, cut in halves and quarters depending on size
Cracked pepper
Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. butter, cut in cubes
Hot sauce

Wash shrimp and put into two 9x13 inch pans or one big shallow baking pan. Add celery, garlic and squeeze lemons. Dot with butter and add remaining ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Stir a few times while baking.
