TONY'S SHRIMP MANOLI 
2 sticks butter
1 lemon
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. parsley
1 toe garlic
1/2 c. Wishbone Italian salad dressing
Ground black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Few drops Louisiana hot sauce
2 or 3 lbs. shrimp, unpeeled

Place in large 9x13 inch glass casserole dish. Melt butter, add other ingredients; mix. Add shrimp, put in oven under broiler 10 minutes. Turn shrimp over. Cook another 10 minutes. Check and see if it will peel. Serve immediately with large bib plus many napkins.
