CORNBREAD CAKE 
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. oil
1 1/2 c. sifted self-rising flour
2 c. chopped pecans

Mix together eggs, both sugars, vanilla and oil. Gradually stir in flour. Add pecans. Preheat oven to 325°F.

Bake 45 minutes. Center may be soft. Do not overbake.
