COUNTRY CORNBREAD 
1 2/3 c. meal
1 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. half and half
3/4 c. Shedds spread Country crock
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs

Mix all dry ingredients together well. Combine all other ingredients together and mix well. Mix with dry ingredients and mix well with wooden spoon. Pour into well greased 9 inch square pan and bake 35 minutes in 425 degree oven.
