SHRIMP MOSCA | |
2 oz. olive oil 2 lbs. whole shrimp, unpeeled 6 buds garlic 2 bay leaves 1 tsp. rosemary 1 tsp. oregano 1 tsp. crushed whole black pepper 1/2 tbsp. salt 1 oz. sauterne wine Heat oil in frying pan and add shrimp and spices. Saute 20-25 minutes, then add wine and simmer 10-15 minutes longer. Serve with hot, crisp bread. Shrimp are to be peeled at table and bread dunked into sauce. Serves 4-5. |
