WILD RICE CHEESE BALLS 
1 c. cooked wild rice
1 (5 oz.) jar bacon cheese spread
4 tbsp. butter
1 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking powder

Have all ingredients at room temperature. Blend together until a smooth paste-like consistency (a pastry cutter works well). Shape into 1 inch balls and refrigerate until well chilled. (These can be held at this point up to a week, or frozen for longer storage.)
