2 slices of bread
slices of turkey
cheese
mustard
mayonnaise
aluminum foil
non-stick cooking spray (Pam)

Take aluminum foil (shiny side down) and fold all 4 sides to make a small pan (a little smaller but the same shape of your toaster oven heating shelf). Light spray of Pam on foil (optional). Place 1/2 turkey slices on self made aluminum pan sheet, then place cheese, then place the rest of turkey slices on top of the cheese.

Place in toaster oven. I set my oven to 350°F for about 5 minutes. Depending on your toaster oven size, time may differ (I have a small toaster oven). After that if it looks nice and hot, take out self made aluminum pan (it will be hot) and use tongs to fold turkey, then use tongs to set hot turkey on to bread. Use mayonnaise and mustard for taste.
