“PUDDING PEANUT CLUSTERS” IS IN:

PUDDING PEANUT CLUSTERS 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. jello chocolate pudding and pie filling
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup evaporated milk (Carnation)
1 cup salted peanuts

Mix above ingredients in pan except peanuts. Cook and stir to full boil. Lower heat and continue stirring while mixture boils slowly for 3 minutes (or to 234°F on candy thermometer).

Remove from stove and add peanuts.

Stir until mixture thickens.

Drop from teaspoon onto cookie sheet. Cool.

Cooks Note: Use of a candy thermometer is recommended.
