“MOCHA PEANUT CLUSTERS” IS IN:

MOCHA PEANUT CLUSTERS 
1/3 cup butter
1 (6 oz.) bag chocolate chips
1/2 (10 oz.) bag marshmallows (about 16-20)
1 tbsp. instant coffee
2 cups chopped, salted peanuts

Melt butter, chocolate chips and marshmallows in double boiler. Stir occasionally.

When creamy, add instant coffee. Remove from heat and stir in peanuts.

Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper or cookie sheet. Cool.

Makes 48 clusters.
