SAUSAGE - CHEESE BALLS | |
1 lb. hot sausage, cooked & drained 1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded 3 c. Bisquick or Jiffy mix 3/4 c. water Mix all ingredients; form into small balls. Place on slightly greased cookie sheet approximately 2 inches apart. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes about 3 to 3 1/2 dozen. Can be frozen. |
