3 1/2 c. Bisquick
1 lb. hot sausage
10 oz. sharp cheddar cheese grated

Combine all blend well, shape into balls. Bake on cookie sheet at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Yields 50 cheese balls.
