SAUERKRAUT AND PORK 
1 1/2 but end pork (loin cut for company)
1 lg. can sauerkraut (for 2)

Put sauerkraut in pan with pork on top. Add enough water to slightly cover sauerkraut. Cover and bring to a boil and then turn down to simmer. Cook 2 1/2 to 3 hours. If meat gets too done take it out and keep warm.
