BLACK-EYED CHILI 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chili powder
1 can black beans
1 can black-eyed peas
1 can diced tomatoes
1 (16 oz.) can French onion soup
1 tbsp. fresh minced garlic
2 c. red and green pepper, diced (about 9 oz.)

Brown ground beef with garlic and peppers. Add to rest of ingredients in a crock-pot. Cook for 4 hours. Add Franks red hot sauce to taste.
