BLACK-EYED PEA DIP 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 med. onions chopped
3-15 oz. cans Griffin Black-Eyed Peas
1-15 oz. can tomato sauce
1 can Rotel-diced
2 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 small jar sliced pimentos-optsp.
1-8 oz. jar cheez whiz

Brown ground beef and onion in skillet, add seasonings. Stir in tomato sauce, Rotel and peas. Simmer for 30 minutes on medium heat or 2 hours in crock pot. Stir in pimentos and cheese whiz just before removing from heat.
