SWEET POTATO SOUFFLE AND TOPPING | |
2 c. yams, drained and mashed 1/2 c. sugar 2 eggs 1/2 stick butter 1/2 c. milk 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 1/2 tsp. cinnamon Topping: 3/4 c. corn flakes, crushed 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1/2 c. brown sugar 3/4 stick butter Souffle: Mix all ingredients. Bake 20 minutes at 400°F in greased casserole. Topping: Melt butter and combine with other ingredients. Spread over sweet potatoes and return to the oven for 10 minutes at 400°F. |
