BEEF - BROCCOLI BAKE 
1 pkg. crescent rolls
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 c. milk
4 oz. cream cheese
1 can mushrooms
10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli (or fresh)
4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese slices

Spread 4 rolls in 8 x 8 pan for bottom crust. Mix crumbled ground beef, onion, milk, cream cheese, mushrooms and broccoli together and pour over the bottom crust. Put the remaining 4 rolls on top. Cover with the cheese slices. Bake. Double the recipe for a 13 x 9 pan.
