BEEF - TATER TOT CASSEROLE 
2 lb. extra lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 sm. bunch broccoli
1 lb. frozen tater tots
Season salt, to taste

Mix beef, onion, season salt; brown and drain. In a large Pyrex bowl layer broccoli. Spoon browned beef over broccoli. Spread mozzarella cheese over beef. Spread mushroom soup over beef. Completely cover top with the frozen tater tots. Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered, for 1 hour. Cauliflower may be substituted for broccoli, if desired.
