CHICKEN & DRIED BEEF | |
1 jar or can of dried beef 8 chicken breasts, wrapped in bacon 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 pt. sour cream Put dried beef in bottom of casserole. Place bacon-wrapped breasts on top (can partly fry bacon before wrapping). Mix together sour cream and cream of mushroom soup; pour over all. Refrigerate, covered, several hours before baking. Bake, covered, at 275 degrees for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Then uncover and bake 1/2 hour more. Turn up heat to 300 degrees or 325 degrees if you like them brown. Serves 8. |
