CHICKEN & DRIED BEEF 
chicken breasts, boned, skinned 1 1/2 breast per person
1 piece bacon for each breast
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
4 oz. chopped dried beef

Line greased casserole with dried beef. Wrap each breast with strip of bacon. Place closely together on dried beef. Mix mushroom soup and sour cream. Spread mix over chicken. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator and allow to come to room temperature. Bake uncovered at 300 degrees for 2-2 1/2 hours or until done.
