CHICKEN BREASTS WITH DRIED BEEF 
Chicken breasts, boned & skinned
Dried beef rinsed in hot water to remove some salt
Bacon
Mushroom soup
Sour cream

Roll slice of dried beef in 1/2 chicken breast. Put chicken breast in casserole. Lay 1/2 to 1 slice bacon on top of each breast. Precook the bacon a little to remove some fat. Pour over this a mixture of sour cream and mushroom soup. 1 can of mushroom soup for 1 pint of sour cream. Bake at 275 degrees for 1 hour, then 300 degrees for 1 hour. No higher or sour cream will curdle.
