MEATBALLS (FOR SPAGHETTI) 
2 lbs. ground beef
8 saltine crackers, soaked in milk, drain milk & press crackers, not too dry
1 egg
Salt & pepper
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tbsp. chopped celery leaves
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Mix together well. Place in greased broiler pan and bake at 375 degrees until brown. Turn once. Place meatballs in sauce and simmer 2 hours.
