SPAGHETTI & MEATBALLS | |
3/4 lb. ground beef 3/4 lb. ground pork 3/4 c. soft bread crumbs 1 egg, beaten 1/3 c. milk 1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley 1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 c. chopped onion Dash sweet basil Italian sauce your own or "store bought" Hot cooked spaghetti Combine first 12 ingredients and mix well. Shape into 2 inch balls. Place balls 1/2 inch apart on lightly greased rack of broiler pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until done. Drain and cool. These will keep in refrigerator or can be made ahead and frozen. I usually double the recipe when I make it. |
