SPAGHETTI AND MEATBALLS 
MEATBALLS:

2 lbs. ground beef
2 eggs
Grated cheese, amount to ones liking
Salt and pepper, to taste
Parsley, to taste
5 slices soaked bread (squeeze as much water out as possible)

Combine above ingredients and shape into small balls. Bake in 400 degree oven on cookie sheet for 12 minutes, drain and put into sauce.

SAUCE:

3 cans small (6 oz.) tomato paste and 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
5 cans water
1 med. onion, whole
2 cloves of garlic, diced
1 tbsp. brown sugar
Parsley, basil, oregano, grated cheese, salt and pepper, diced celery, to one's liking
A pinch of thyme

Add also 2 lbs. piece of pork or 2 lbs. of browned Italian sausages.
