CHICKEN ITALIANO 
1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. minced fresh parsley
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
2 whole chicken breasts, boned and skinned
3 tbsp. butter, melted

Combine cheese, parsley, oregano, garlic and pepper. Dip chicken in melted butter, then in cheese mixture. Place in shallow baking dish. Drizzle remaining butter over chicken. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes, or until chicken is tender.
