CHICKEN ITALIANO 
12 pieces of chicken
1 env. onion soup mix
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can of mushroom soup
1/2 c. chicken broth
1 c. canned tomatoes, drained
3 c. cooked rice

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place chicken in buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with soup mix. Blend soup and broth. Pour over chicken. Add tomatoes; cover and bake for 1 hour or until chicken is tender. Serve over rice. Serves 6.
