CHICKEN RICE 
1 lg. fryer
1 box Rice-A-Roni
1 med. onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
1/2 lb. cheese

Cook fryer and debone. Cook Rice-A-roni as directed. Use chicken broth instead of water. Add onion and bell pepper. Cook until done. Add mayonnaise and chicken (cut in bite size pieces). Put in greased dish and cover with cheese. Bake until cheese melts.
