CHOCOLATE FRANGOS 
1/2 lb. butter
4 sq. unsweetened chocolate
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. sifted powdered sugar
3/4 tsp. peppermint extract
1 tsp. vanilla
Vanilla wafer crumbs
12 cupcake holders-depending on how full

Put crumbs in bottom of cupcake holders. Beat above mixture all together. Fill cupcake holders with this mixture. Sprinkle with finely chopped nuts. Freeze until serving time. Great to have in freezer for dessert when you have unexpected (or expected) company.
