MINI CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKES 
1 pkg. Devils food cake mix
1 1/2 c. water
3 eggs
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Empty cake mix into large bowl. Add water and 3 eggs; blend until moistened. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Fill cupcake liners in muffin tins 2/3 full.

In small bowl blend cream cheese, sugar, and beaten egg until mixture is smooth. Stir in chocolate chips. Put 1 teaspoon of cream cheese mixture on top of each cupcake.

Bake 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees.
