TONYA'S PEANUT BUTTER CHEESECAKE

My family loves these!

CRUST:

2 pkgs. chocolate muffin mix (your favorite)
6 tbsp. butter, melted

FILLING:

2 (8 oz. ea.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 eggs
1/2 cup peanut butter (your choice)
mini chocolate chips (optional)

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 13x9-inch pan.

Combine muffin mix and butter. Press into bottom of pan. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.

Beat together cream cheeses, sugar and vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time. Mix in peanut butter. Spread mixture over baked crust. Sprinkle with chocolate chips, if desired.

Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool completely. Refrigerate at least 3 hours.
