MINI CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE 
1 tbsp. butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. (8 oz.) vanilla yogurt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. (6 oz.) semi sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt chocolate chips. When melted, add butter to bowl and stir to blend. In large bowl, beat cream cheese with sugar until well blended. Add eggs beat to blend. Add chocolate and blend well. Stir in yogurt and vanilla blend. Pour mixture over favorite pie crust. Bake 22 to 26 minutes.
