FRESH FRUIT PIE 
4 c. fruit (3 varieties) (example: Blueberries, strawberries, peaches - kiwi, strawberries, pineapple
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. Karo light corn syrup
1 butter flavored pie crust
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. heavy cream, whipped

Slice and peel fruit, if needed.

Blend: 1 cup of fruit at high speed.

In Saucepan: Mix cornstarch and water until smooth. Add mashed fruit, corn syrup, and lemon juice. Stir constantly on medium heat and boil 1 minute. Pour into bowl; cover surface and let it cool 1 hour. Fold in remaining fruit. Spread cream onto bottom and sides of pie crust.

Fill: With fruit mixture and chill 3 hours.
