CHOCOLATE CHIP CAKE 
1 pkg. devil's food cake mix
1/4 c. oil
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. water
1 (4 serving size) pkg. chocolate instant pudding mix
1 c. chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350°F. Pour oil into 9 x 13 pan. Tilt until bottom is covered with oil. Put remaining ingredients into pan. Stir with a fork or spoon until blended (about 2 minutes). Scrape sides and spread batter evenly in pan.

Bake at 350°F for 35 to 45 minutes. Cooled cake may be sprinkled with powdered sugar.
