EASY DEEP DISH CHICKEN POT PIE 
2 (10 oz. ea.) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
2 cups cubed cooked chicken (I use leftover rotisserie chicken)

TOPPING

1/2 cup milk
1 egg
1 cup Bisquick baking mix

Preheat oven to 400°F. Use a 2 1/2 quart oval casserole dish.

Mix soups, vegetables and cubed chicken together in casserole dish.

In a separate bowl, mix milk, egg and Bisquick together. Pour over chicken mixture.

Bake at 400°F for 35 minutes or until golden.
