Creamy Garlic Sauce

This was delicious! Doesn't make very much sauce, so if making more add more garlic at the beginning to even out any extra cream or parmesan. I also substituted fresh basil for the parsley, that was good too.

This recipe was great! I served it over penne. Next time I will probably add some chicken and mushrooms. I also added salt and pepper. This is a great base recipe that you can do a lot with!

This looks really good. I'm going to make it tonight and serve it over filet mignon and fingerling potatoes. Yum!

This is a similar recipe to one I have called (Bunicada)sp, I believe Italian. My recipe doesn't have parsley. We made it as a dipping sauce for Italian bread (my favorite) and veggies: carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, green peppers, celery. After cooking, serve in individual bowl so each person can dip away with the veggies and bread they like! Thanks for sharing the recipe! Jeanne

This sauce is fast easy and great! Its a really nice base recipe that you can work with, and you can serve it with anything. My personal favorite is using it as a chicken finger dipping sauce

My family loved this! Didn't have half & half, so used evaporated milk. Made the color a little yellow, but taste was still good. Amount was too small for our family of 7, & sauce was a little too thick, but I just added more evaporated milk (used almost all of a 12-oz can). Seems the parsley is more for color than flavor. Cheese & milk blend better if you use a whisk vs. A spoon to stir.

Served as a pour-it-on-yourself sauce for shrimp cooked with diced bell peppers, tomato, salt, pepper -- if you plan to mix the sauce in with pasta, etc., you may want to make extra. Yum!

I tried this sauce with some angel hair pasta and grilled chicken and added salt to my liking, and it was delicious. The sauce is enough for about 2 people, so if you want to make this sauce for more people I'd say just double the recipe and you're in the clear! Enjoy!

Was at Cadillac Cafe in the Mall of America and they had kettle chips with garlic cream sauce, blue cheese and balsamic vinaigrette layered like nachos. Can honestly say it was the tastiest thing I have eaten in a long time.

This recipe was fabulous. However, I did make some slight changes to it. I used 2 tbsp fresh minced garlic, fresh Parmesan, flat-leaf parsley, and heavy whipping cream instead of half and half. Used it for a pizza sauce, will use it for others. Thanks.
