CREAMY WINE SAUCE 
1 tbsp. butter
1 cup cream
2 tbsp. cream cheese
3 tsp. cooking sherry
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
pinch salt
3 tbsp. Parmesan (optional)
2 pinches all-purpose flour (optional)

Melt butter over medium heat in a sauce pan. Add cream and cream cheese. Allow cream cheese to melt. Add cooking sherry. Stir and bring to a boil. Add garlic, oregano, basil and salt. In order to thicken sauce, add either Parmesan cheese or 2 pinches of flour.

Great over tortellini or short pasta!
