CROCK-POT PEACH COBBLER | |
From an old Bisquick pamphlet. 4 cups fresh or frozen sliced peeled peaches 3/4 cup sugar, divided 1 cup Bisquick baking mix 1 cup milk Spray a 6-quart Crock-Pot with non-stick cooking spray (Pam). In a large bowl, gently toss peaches and 1/4 cup sugar. Turn into Crock-Pot. In a medium bowl, gently beat Bisquick baking mix, remaining 1/2 cup sugar and milk with a whisk until blended. Pour over peaches in Crock-Pot. Cover; cook on LOW heat setting for 3 hours or until cobbler is set in center. Serve cobbler with your favorite ice cream or topped with whipped cream.
