MAPLE BAKE | |
1 ham slice, 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 inch thick Cloves 1 c. maple syrup Cut off excess fat. Stud the meat with cloves every inch or two. Place in greased baking pan the same size as ham slice. Pour syrup over. Bake uncovered at 300 degrees for 1 hour or until meat is very tender. Baste occasionally. Serves 2-3. |
