BAKED SLICED HAM 
2 1/2 to 3 lbs. sliced ham, 1 inch thick
2 c. milk or cider
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Cut gashes about one inch apart around edge of ham; place in shallow baking dish. Add milk. Combine mustard, pepper and butter. Spread on ham. Cover; bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) about 30 minutes; uncover, bake about 1 hour or until tender. Makes 6 servings.
