1 (10 lb.) half shank ham 1 (12 oz.) can Coca-Cola (Coke) 1/2 cup light brown sugar 1 (20 oz.) can sliced pineapple (in own juice) 1/2 jar Maraschino cherries, drained 1 1/2 tsp. fresh ground black pepper 1 Reynolds oven-safe baking bag 1/2 tsp. all-purpose flour 10 wooden tooth picks Preheat oven to 350°F. Unwrap and rinse ham off, pat partly dry with paper towel. Sit ham on cookie sheet to prepare. Pour some Coke all over ham and rub in, then rub brown sugar all over, pushing some into skin where you can. Place pineapple slices all over top of ham and place cherries in the middle of pineapples. Insert tooth picks in pineapples and one in the cherry, push only half way down so to be easy to see to remove them when ham is done. Pour a little more Coke over ham. Sprinkle with little more brown sugar and season with black pepper. Put 1/2 teaspoon flour in baking bag and shake to coat bag evenly so ham doesn't stick. Put ham in bag and and pour remaining Coke in. Seal bag with twist tie and place in a baking dish. Pierce a few holes on top of bag. Bake at 350°F for 2 3/4 hours, or till ham is golden brown.
