BOURBON PIE 
9" pie shell
2 eggs, beat

Add:

1/2 c. dark brown sugar
1/2 c. flour

Beat until smooth. Add and blend:

1/2 c. cooled melted butter
2 tbsp. bourbon
6 oz. chocolate chips
1 c. nuts

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. When cool whip:

1/2 pt. heavy cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. sugar (or to taste)

Cover filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
