ENGLISH WALNUT - BOURBON PIE 
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. white corn syrup
1/3 c. melted butter
Zest from 1/2 lemon
Dash nutmeg
2 oz. bourbon
1 c. chopped walnuts

Mix all ingredients. Pour into 9 inch unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees until set (approximately 40 minutes). Serve warm with whipped cream. Refrigerated shelf life is 5 days.

To reheat: Place whole pie in oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or microwave individual pieces.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
