“AFTER CHURCH CASSEROLE” IS IN:
NEXT RECIPE:  ANGEL HAIR PASTA SALAD

AFTER CHURCH CASSEROLE 
8 eggs, slightly beaten
6 slices white bread, trimmed and cubed
2 cups milk
1 lb. sausage, browned & drained
1 cup shredded cheese of your choice
1 tsp. salt
dash of hot sauce

Mix all ingredients the night before and pour into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, store covered in the refrigerator. Take out of refrigerator before leaving for church.

After church, bake at 350°F for 35 to 45 minutes or until set.
