MILE HIGH STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 (10 oz.) box vanilla wafers, rolled fine
1 stick butter

Mix together and put on bottom and sides of 9 x 13 inch pan or you can use pie pans.

Mix: 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 c. sugar 1 (16 oz.) frozen strawberries

Beat all together 20 minutes. Beat 1/2 pint whipping cream and fold into strawberry mixture. Pour into crust and freeze overnight.
