MILE HIGH STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, partially thawed
1 c. sugar
2 egg whites
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. cream, whipped

Beat egg whites until fluffy. Add strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice. Beat at high speed for 15-20 minutes. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into baked crust and freeze.

MAZOLA OIL CRUST:

1 1/2 c. flour
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt

Put dry ingredients in pie pan. Add milk with oil. Whip with fork and press into tin. Bake at 425 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
