JELLO MOLD 
1 pkg. sugar free Jello
1 1/3 c. cottage cheese
1 c. crushed pineapple (reserve juice)

Put dry Jello into blender. Add water to pineapple juice to equal 1 cup liquid. Bring to a boil, put into blender with Jello, cottage cheese and pineapple. Blend well. Cool until set.
