CAL - TEX CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. barbecue sauce
1 (1 lb.) can barbecued beans
4 tortillas, quartered
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

In a skillet, brown beef, breaking up with fork. Add onion. Add salt, pepper and barbecue sauce. Stir in beans. Heat through.

In bottom of a greased 7 x 11 inch baking dish, place half the tortillas. Top with half the meat mixture. Layer with remaining tortillas. Top with remaining meat mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Cut into squares. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until heated through and cheese melts.
