ORANGE CHICKEN 
1 stick of butter
1/2 # brown sugar
1 1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. ketchup
2 bay leaves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. sherry
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. allspice

2 pkgs. of chicken pieces (family size)

Stir the sauce frequently. Let simmer for 30 minutes. Pour 1/4 cup sherry in sauce.

Pour sauce over a flat pan or casserole of chicken pieces. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.

Use the sauce from chicken over rice. Great for buffet type meals.
